The main purpose of our planning services is to help you plan and execute your perfect wedding day. From our first meeting to the end of our services, we work with you like a best friend you never knew you had! We’re one of the few people who have planned a wedding time and time again, so we know what to expect, what is required, and how to make sure all your goals are met. As a result, we create and capture your happiest moments in a personalized, fun, stress-free and professional way.


Together, we will create a beautiful event like no other that reflects you and your significant other.

Month-of/Day-of Coordination

 

Starting at $1,900

for weddings 50 guests and up


As a service for couples who want to manage the details leading up to their big day on their own, our team can take care of the day-of logistics. We can handle things for you, so all you need to say is “I do! ”


Month of the wedding includes:


Lead Coordinator + Event Assistant

All day Coordination
Review of all wedding plans, details and contracts
Access to our preferred vendor list
Ensure rental and catering counts are correct
Timeline development & management
Review of all transportation logistics for guests and bridal party
Finalize details with all vendors (including venue)
Contact MC and Officiant to talk plans for wedding day
Creation and distribution of event day timeline to all vendors and VIP’s
Run Rehearsal prior to wedding day
Execute event day according to timeline and ensure all vendors are accounted for
Clients personal decor set up (includes guest book table, gifts, signage, place cards, desert table, candy bar, memories table, signing table, arch and small ceremony décor)
Ensure guests & wedding party are in the correct place at the right time
Cuing down the Aisle
Cuing the MC during the important moments
Oversee set up & breakdown of the event and ensure all personal items are returned to client

Bespoke Coordination

 

Base Services start at $1,600

for weddings below 50 guests


Bespoke coordination is like having a wedding day assistant who is solely focused on making your vision a reality. We'll work closely with you to understand your unique preferences, style, and priorities. From managing vendors and coordinating timelines to handling any unexpected issues that may arise, our goal is to ensure every detail is meticulously planned and flawlessly executed. With bespoke coordination, you can relax and enjoy your special day knowing that everything is being taken care of just the way you want it

Review of all wedding plans, details and contracts

Timeline development & management

Venue walk through
Vendor correspondence and confirmation of timeline 2-3 weeks before wedding
Attendance & orchestration of rehearsal
Clients personal décor set up (includes guest book table, gifts, signage, place cards, desert table, candy bar, memories table, signing table, arch and small ceremony décor)
10 Hours of wedding day Coordination including Ceremony and Reception organization
Vendor Management
Emergency back up plans due to weather, and unforeseen circumstances
Representation of the couple
Ensure guests & wedding party are in the correct place at the right time
Cuing down the Aisle
Coordination of grand entrance, speeches, cake cutting, first dances, games, etc.
Cuing the MC during the important moments
Ensure all personal items are returned to client before leaving
